Can’t compete with the scenery but here in Stratford E15 we are eating an M&S sourdough loaf made with Anglesey smoked water which a quick web search has revealed is produced by the people at Halen Môn. We have only recently come across this bread at the M&S Stratford Westfield branch but it has quickly become a family favourite. Seems that others agree since it won an award in the 2015 Quality Food Awards.
