Lovely detailing, especially the latter. I just found your post ‘11, Princelet Street’ with the image of the Sun Insurance Office plaque on Chris Dyson’s building, and am reflecting on what an innovator Nicholas Barbon was. I hope Dyson’s ELEVEN SPITALFIELDS gallery will open again, though I seem to remember it was only a temporary space.
His office has moved to Fashion Street, so let’s hope someone will run it as a gallery – it’s such a nice space. Charles
